Quotes and estimates

Quotes are subject to confirmation based on property size, condition, scope of work, and requested services.

A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide. If the property differs significantly from what was described, we will discuss the difference with you before continuing.

Bookings

A requested date or time is not confirmed until we reply to confirm it. Service availability may vary by location and by season.

Access to the property

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time, including keys, codes, parking or building access instructions. If we cannot access the property, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

Scope of services

We provide cleaning services only. We do not perform construction, renovation, demolition, repairs, pest control, mould remediation, hazardous-material removal, or heavy debris removal.

Some tasks may be declined for safety reasons, including work at unsafe heights, moving heavy furniture or appliances, and cleaning areas with biohazards or infestation.

Your property

Please tell us about delicate surfaces, antiques, electronics or items that need special care before the visit. We take reasonable care in your space; please secure valuables and irreplaceable items in advance.

Payment

Pricing, payment method and timing are confirmed with your quote. Recurring services are billed per visit unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Move-out cleaning and deposits

We clean thoroughly for move-out visits, but we cannot guarantee the return of a damage deposit. That decision belongs to your landlord or property manager.

Liability

Report any concern about our work as soon as possible so we can look into it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
